Shipping policy

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery

Australia : Standard shipping (free)  2-5  business days / Express shipping (paid)  1-2 business days 

Europe : FedEx standard shipping 5-10 business days / FedEx express 3-5 business days 

USA & Canada: DHL  2-4 business days 

Other countries: DHL 3-7 business days 

Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. 

As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. 

It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated.
